]]>Making fruit custard salad is very easy when you have all the above ingredients with you. Take 700 ML whole cream milk and put it into steering pan for heat. Add 10 Tsp sugar into the milk and steer for 1 minute. In remaining 50 ML milk, add 3 teaspoon custard powder and mix it totally into the milk. Powder should be mixed thoroughly into the milk. Use Brown & Polson custard powder for better results. Now add this mixture of custard powder and milk into the whole milk we already putted to heat. We need to heat the milk until it becomes dense and thick. Keep steering the milk in between to avoid milk burn. It may take 5-10 minutes for milk to get our desired thickness in it.
Process of Making Fruit Custard Salad
Let the milk comes to room temperature.
Ones milk get thick and densed, put it aside and wait for it to become cold as room temperature.
Cut the fruits into small sizes
By the time milk gets cold to room temperature, cut the fruits into small sizes as per your choice for adding them into the custard or salad.
Now add all the fruits you cut one by one into the custard and mix them properly.
Serve Fruit Salad Cold
Ones you finished adding the fruits into custard, keep it into fridge for half an hour and serve it cold.

Tips :
1) You can add as much as fruits into the fruits custard salad.
2) If you wish, you can put some saffron on each cup of fruit custard salad while serving.
3) Be aware that heating a milk properly is very important. Little burn into milk may put a permanent smell into it which may cause wired smell to fruit custard salad.

Light the gas on low falme and put 2 Teaspoon oil in the pan. In oil, add 1 tsp cumin seeds and 1 cup chopped onions. Now mix this mixture for around 20 seconds. Now add 1 tsp turmeric powder and keep mixing it in between. After turmeric, add green chilies, 1 tsp salt and 1 cup peanuts in the mixture. Now mix all these ingredients properly and then add washed poha (flattened rice) in this mixture. Now just mix poha in this mixture properly until the poha turns to light yellow color.
Now our poha is ready to serve. Just put it into a serving plate and serve it hot.

Tips :
Poha should be well washed and soaked for 10 to 15 minutes, You can use red chili powder instead of green chilies if you want, Poha should be served hot only. While serving, you can add some coconut powder and coriander leaves on poha if you wish.

]]>First of all, take a soaked moong dal and blend it with green chilies. Also blend coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds separately and blend them. Now take a blended moong dal in bowl and mix 1 cup coriander leaves, blended seeds mixture, turmeric powder and salt (add all of them as the given quantity in ingredients). Now that your batter is ready, heat up the oil in the pan and deep fry the bhajiyas on the low flame until they turn slightly brown as per shown in the video above. When bhajiyas turns to brown, simply take them out of the pan and put them on the napkin to remove excess oil from the bhajiyas. Moong Bhajiya should be crispy and spicy. Bhajiyas should be served hot as their taste enhance more when they are hot. While serving bhajiyas, you can use various chutneys or sauces, like tamarind chutney, tomato souse or dates chutney.
