Ingredients For Moong Bhajiya
- Moong Dal (Soaked For 2-3 Hrs) : 1 Bowl
- Chopped Coriander : 1 Cup
- Green Chillies : 3-4
- Cumin Seeds : 1 Tsp
- Coriander Seeds : 1 Tsp
- Fennel Seeds : 1 Tsp
- Turmeric Powder : 1/2 Tsp
- Oil : 1 Small Bowl
- Salt : 1 Tsp
How To Make Moong Bhajiya
First of all, take a soaked moong dal and blend it with green chilies. Also blend coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds separately and blend them. Now take a blended moong dal in bowl and mix 1 cup coriander leaves, blended seeds mixture, turmeric powder and salt (add all of them as the given quantity in ingredients). Now that your batter is ready, heat up the oil in the pan and deep fry the bhajiyas on the low flame until they turn slightly brown as per shown in the video above. When bhajiyas turns to brown, simply take them out of the pan and put them on the napkin to remove excess oil from the bhajiyas. Moong Bhajiya should be crispy and spicy. Bhajiyas should be served hot as their taste enhance more when they are hot. While serving bhajiyas, you can use various chutneys or sauces, like tamarind chutney, tomato souse or dates chutney.

Tip :
While deep frying bhajiyas if oil gets hotter, then you should avoid frying bhajiyas in the over hot oil. It may cause bhajiyas get burnt entirely and they may turn dark brown in color. This is a sign that bhajiyas are over fried.
